Please be advised that due to the nature of the products oils, teas, smoke blends, and herbs,  are not eligible for refund or exchange for sanitary reasons. It is important to note that certain crystals such as kyanite, tourmaline, selenite, and others are delicate and may splinter or break during shipping, despite our best efforts in packaging. In the event of damage, we offer our congratulations for inadvertently receiving an extra item at no additional cost.

Digital products are not refundable.

 If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at mysticalgiftshop@aol.com and provide photos for further assistance. Should you wish to return an unused and unopened item, please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and any refunds issued will exclude shipping fees. Due to this, we will not charge a restocking fee. Kindly understand that shipping companies do not reimburse us for refunded items. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Shipping and processing are typically 1-3 business days.  Note we are closed on Sunday and Monday.  Shipping charges are live and provided once your shipping address is entered on-site check out.
